A four-way system based entirely on horns, featuring a vertical array of conical horns covering the 100 Hz to 20 kHz range, and two rear-loaded subwoofer horns utilising an impressive 21-inch neodymium woofer capable of handling the 20 Hz to 100 Hz range. This special subwoofer has a sensitivity of 104 dB at 1 W/1 m and is powered by its own solid-state amplifier, designed and built by OMA. The system as a whole is highly efficient, with a sensitivity of approximately 105 dB at 1 W/1 m, and is fully time-aligned. The 100 Hz and 300 Hz conical wooden horns are crafted from solid Pennsylvania walnut, cherry, ash or chestnut, as desired. The 300 Hz mid-frequency horn utilises the Cogent DS1428 compression driver with a field coil. The high-frequency horn is cast by OMA from an aluminium alloy.
